In the upper right corner there is a "New Post " link. Click on it. It will bring you to the page where you post your blog. If you want to add pictures to it click on the small icon to the right of the ABC, just above where you are typing. The icon looks like a landscape picture, when you run your cursor over it it will say add image. To the right of the add immage icon is the add video icon.
I hope to see more pictures now that I have explained it.
